Just been checking the first round of 'KOTG' at Hossegor at http://quiksilverlive.com/profrance09/videos,28.en.html  - reckon Gabriel Medina performance in Round 1 Heat 2 is worth a mention.  Class couple of waves.

following up my above post, the rest of the 'KOTG' ran and Gabriel Medina won the event.  The quality of the event on the whole compared to the main event was really good but GM was a good as any of the pro's in my opinion.  Future world champion in the making !  His 19.73 in round 3 was mental Check the highlights here
